Initial Situation

Multiple digital initiatives needed to be developed as part of one durable business and data model rather than as isolated projects. This required both technical delivery and stability during critical transformation phases.

Creation of a central data foundation with automated reporting for multiple business teams. The result was a unified data base with faster access to consistent data, less manual reporting effort, and stronger decision support.

Expansion of the reporting landscape with browser-based self-service BI and user-centered analytics. Business teams can now analyze data more independently and respond faster to changes in demand and the market.

Multi-tenant Commerce

Interim Project Leadership

Taking responsibility in a critical phase during the transition to a new ERP implementation partner. Over 18 months, partner selection, replanning, and data migration preparation were stabilized while operations continued.
