Reporting and Business Intelligence

We create reporting and analytics environments in which data from different sources comes together consistently. This enables standardized reports, interactive dashboards, and better decision-making across business teams and management.

Reporting and BI built on a reliable data foundation

We create reporting and analytics environments in which data from different sources comes together consistently. This enables standardized reports, interactive dashboards, and better decision-making across business teams and management.

Data warehouse build, reporting, BI

Long-term build-out of reliable reporting and analytics capabilities since 2017.

Self-service BI

For 100+ users, business teams can analyze directly without waiting on IT handoffs.

10,000+ transactions/day

Handled in a scalable data landscape.

Operational systems

Operational data made available in Snowflake in a structured way.

Typical Challenges

Typical challenges arise when relevant data is spread across multiple systems, reporting is slow, manual, or error-prone, and business teams need faster answers to concrete questions. At the same time, management requires reliable KPIs, while regulatory requirements demand consistent and traceable data.

What We Contribute

We build and extend data warehouse structures, automate reporting processes, and develop standardized PDF and Excel reporting. We also introduce browser-based dashboards and self-service BI and select pragmatic BI tools that fit the existing landscape, with strong experience in Power BI.

Reporting Types We Commonly Cover

We commonly cover operational reporting for holdings, transactions, exceptions, and deadlines, management reporting with condensed KPIs, trends, deviations, performance, and risk views, and regulatory reporting where reliable data has to be provided consistently, traceably, and on time.

Typical Outcomes

The result is unified reporting streams for different stakeholder groups, less manual consolidation, and lower error rates. It also creates clearer KPI logic, better traceability, and stronger connectivity between the data foundation, standard reporting, ad hoc analysis, and downstream processes.

Examples from Practice

For L-Shop, we built a data warehouse with automated reporting and later expanded the landscape with browser-based self-service BI so business teams could create analyses more independently. For Ampega, we made operational data from AIFin available in Snowflake for reporting and downstream use cases.

Benefits

For clients, this means faster access to consistent data, less manual effort, and better analytical capabilities across multiple sources. Business teams and management can make better-informed decisions, while the organization gains a reliable foundation for regulatory and audit-related requirements.

A concrete initiative needs clear technical and business guidance.

If software delivery, reporting, integration, or project stabilization has become critical, we can use a first conversation to clarify goals, risks, and sensible next steps.
